This Privacy Policy explains how Braxton Brewing Company ("Braxton," "we," "us") handles information in the Braxton Mug Club mobile app (the "App"). The App is a membership tool for Mug Club members at our taprooms. You must be of legal drinking age to be a member.
We do not collect payment card information in the App. Membership is purchased separately through our store; the App does not process payments.
The current version of the App does not track your location. A future version may offer optional, permission-based notifications when you arrive at a taproom. If we add this, we will request your permission first, and you can turn it off at any time in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the App under our instructions — for example, our database and authentication provider (Supabase) and our hosting provider. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep your information while you are a member and as needed for our records. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at social@braxtonbrewing.com or by asking a taproom manager. Deleting your account removes your login and membership profile from the App.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The App is intended for adults of legal drinking age and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
