These Terms govern your use of the Braxton Mug Club app. By using the App you agree to them.
The App provides a digital membership card and benefit tracking for Braxton Mug Club members. Benefits, quantities, and availability are set by Braxton Brewing Company and may change. Benefits are for the member only, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Present your membership code only for your own redemptions.
Do not misuse the App, attempt to defraud the benefit system, or access other members' information. We may suspend memberships that abuse the program.
You must be of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Braxton Brewing Company is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.
