How do I get the app?
The Braxton Mug Club app is for current Mug Club members. Download it from the App Store, then tap Sign In and use the email on your Mug Club account.
I have an account but can’t sign in.
Make sure you tap Sign In (not “Create your login”) and use the email tied to your membership. First-time members get a temporary password at pickup and set their own on first sign-in. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll reset it.
I forgot my password.
Tap
Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, or email
${SUPPORT_EMAIL} and we’ll get you back in.
I’m not a member yet — how do I join?
Ask a bartender at any Braxton taproom, or visit
braxtonbrewing.com. The Mug Club is capped, so ask about availability at your location.
Using your membership
How do I redeem a benefit?
Open the Home tab and show your QR code to your bartender. They scan it and apply your benefit — a food redemption, Mug Club Monday pint discount, or 15% off merch.
How do I add my card to Apple Wallet?
On the Home tab, tap Add to Apple Wallet. Your membership card drops into Wallet with a scannable code, so it’s always a swipe away.
My mug number or club is wrong.
Ask a bartender to correct it, or email us. Names, phone numbers, mug numbers, and taproom can all be updated for you.
My benefits look off.
Redemptions count down as you use them, and a manager can reverse a mistaken scan. If something still looks wrong, email
${SUPPORT_EMAIL} with your name and taproom and we’ll sort it out.

How do I change my password?
Go to the Profile tab and tap Change Password.
